PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

Each game i am seeing the same issues.. butchering of the ball, lack of skill, lack of execution.. sure u can blame the players but i'm starting to think it goes further back. Who is the skills/development coach? and what skills are u actually teaching them?
You would say 'duds' cant be taught, or some just have the 'It' factor.. but looking at other clubs the ones who dont have "it" work hard on it and can be polished with education.
If u look at Kouta.. he wasnt meant to be a footballer, but somehow he is one of the greats.. because someone at carlon has taught him how. (with loads of practise)
Instead of counting how many poeple we can cull off our list - tell me who has the potential (born with them or not) but is not learning it because of lack of training and education?
