Port Adelaide Vs Richmond Tigers - On Foxtel

No Chad Cornes, Tredrea and Damon White unlikely, I think we wil lwin this and win it easily. We almost got them last year and I hate them with a passion and will ahve a lot of fun abusing their players whilst sitting in the members section. Lets get them.

Hopefully the room where im having my 21st party will have FOX Footy, that way I can watch it.....
The Govt should do a china here.No births allowed between April & Sept :hihi :hihi :hihi

I was dragged off at half time from watching the televised 1980 Grand final (we didn't have a VCR yet) for some stupid cousin's wedding.

Never seen the second half of the 1980 grand final, including the presentration.

This match isn't being shown on ABC Asia Pacific either. Guess it's internet radio and PRE game calling for the Asian based supporters again.

Warren Tredrea’s bid to play against Richmond took a positive step on Wednesday night when he completed the Power’s main training session at AAMI Stadium.

The Power skipper looked comfortable through the 90-minute session, as did fellow tall forward Damon White who is rated a near certainty to be available for Saturday night’s game.

HOpefully a media beat up trying to get news out there.

Why is it that Richmond has played Port 10 times in Adelaide out of 14 matches between the two?

the afl are trying to give us as many chances as possible to break the jinx :hihi

Does anyone know if there is an after match function?

I had a message from Dave from the Adelaide supporters group. Unfortunately they're are not having a after match as usual simply because they were only allowed to have 4-5 players and a coach come back and need to take into consideration, if shock horror we lose, they mightn’t get enough people back to cover the costs.
Instead anyone interested can go back to the Lakes* for a drink in the bar area and watch the replay or just talk about the game.

So if you’re going please spread the word cause the more the merrier.

* Maybe someone in the know can post the address.

I'm heading over for the game myself and spoke to David Schell of the supporters group over there a week or so ago. They will be having a drink after the game at the Lakes Resort Hotel which is about a 10 minute walk west of AAMI stadium on Brebner drive. They have a big screen there and normally the hotel will replay the game for the group (if asked).

Spewing about there being no aftermatch. After past losses have always looked forward to it. Missus talked me out of going to last years but was going to attend last year. Is sad that only 5-6 players can attend, in teh past the whole squad went and it made a good atmosphere. Very disappointing.

Thanks for the info Rosy. I had actually contacted the club and found out that there was no aftermatch function. I was a bit disappointed as it is my first interstate game and we are taking kids so we cannot go to the Hotel afterwards. Oh well maybe next time. :-\
