Whilst I am not a big Tezza fan, I must say that I am even less of a fan of his Assistant Coaches.

Could someone please tell me how this rabble were chosen to join the RFC... did Tezza pick them?

Ta

Im sure Walla$e would have a big say as to who his assssistants are.

Definitely Bryan Royal is part of Terry's brigade.

All the rest are new up and commers, we have McRae, Rawlings, Monkhurst and King...plus much more in our coaching showbag

we need a coach who will come in and forget about reputations and richmond history
be honest in his assessment of our list
instill discipline, accountability & hardness in our players - or sack them
recruit footballers first, with size and hardness
reward and encourage team play
train like we want to play
tell it how it is....

PSD Im available if my assistants can be Claw & Craig

Guy McKenna, always been a fan.

What makes you a fan?

He missed out on Two senior jobs if I recall, that doesn't sit well with me.

We need Sheedy. He'd bring a winning culture back to a club that doesn't remember what finals is like.

I'm certain that he'd also bring out the best in players like Tambling and JON.

I think not Phil. Too old now and past his use by date. Coaching role...no.....some sort of input could have merit though.

There is only one man I can see helping the Tiges - they need an injection of culture and the man who has done that most successfully (with another basket case) is Grant Thomas.

Compare to Hawthorn - 4 years ago they were us - in fact Terry refused that job to take the Tiges "because they had a better list". Lets compare now ...

I've never been a "Sack The Coach" fan but hell, something has to change. Our list is just as good as Collingwood or North but we have no game plan AT ALL for any situation.

BAH

Grant Thomas wouldnt accept the job
he thinks we are a joke
he thinks our senior players are overated and overpaid - and i agree with him
I have listened to what he has said about the way we play the game and the way our senior players set the standard...

It would be a good move but the ferals would spit it

Andy Collins for me, followed by Damien Hardwick. Collins did a great job at Coburg and because he's worked with the young 'uns, he would have no qualms or strange allegiances to senior players, even more so for Hardwick the Hardnut....but I still favour Collins over Hardwick although I figure Collins is contracted elsewhere.

Not sure he is a great communicator either. Mind you, I think our players need a pretty blunt message right now.

I have often wondered about ex-swan Paul Kelly. Has he been coaching at all?

No, Kells is happy with the quiet life in Wagga.
Voss is a complete *smile* and Cloke has an ego bigger than his mo so neither of those guys are an option.

???Voss is untried, but have to disagree regarding Cloke. He commands respect. He does not pretend he has it like some.

God if they can't understand Wallace how the hell would they understand Thomas the Tank... ;D

Whoever is our next coach needs to have won a couple of premierships as a player and hopefully as an asst in the coaches box as well. We also need to recognise that the game has passed Pagan and Sheedy. Bucks might one day be a reasonable coach, but we shouldn't touch him until he's actually worked as an asst.

Grant Thomas is an idiot - both in the media and as a coach. With St Kilda's list, they should have won a premiership or at least get in a GF.

Hardwick would be the best bet. I'd rather him than Matty Knights.
