Big if......but yes it does look a whole lot better (but I'd like Cleaver in the starting 18)

swap schulz for hughes and i would be very excited

For what its worth this is my line up in a month's time:
McGuane Thursfield Newman
Raines Polak BowdenJ
Edwards Tuck Polo
Pettifer Richo Lids
Brown Schulz Kingsley
Simmo Foley Johnson
Int. Patto, Tambling, Jackson, Hughes
Emergencies from Tivva, Krack, White, Meyer

Reason for changes. I think Kingsley is going to force his way into the side once fully fit. I would pick him in a heartbeat but King won't be eligible because Peterson will be back. I don't like Howat's games much atm and I am just hoping that the side is good enough to force Tivva and Krack out. Its Jackson or Tivva for our second utility so take your pick there. Can't see room for Casserley, White or Meyer at the moment when we have a strong side. If Riewoldt takes the place by storm then Hughes will be out. Hope he doesn't in some respects, he is young and still growing I would hate to see a serious injury because we pushed him too fast - just because he is mentally ready.

I would have thought Lids would be able to make our starting 18 over Howat!!!

What a dream it would be to see a fit side out on the park week in week out....BUT....why persist with Tivaturnover and Krak?

Dont see much value in them and dont want Richardson in the forward line. He cant kick enough goals even when he has it delivered properly. His kicking is a HUGE liability.... I wonder how different the results would have been had his converson been better?

I don't agree with you. Not because I also wouldn't like to see Richo kick straighter but I don't know who on our list is actually capable of kicking goals on the oppositions number one defender each week. It certainly isn't Schulz or Hughes. They are struggling to get some possesions against weaker opponents than Richo receives. He's our number one goalkicker as usual with daylight second. Sad really.
