I haven't seen any posts listing who needed post-season surgery so I thought I'd do my bit and update the forum:

Greg Tivendale - brain surgery to improve his decision-making
Kayne Pettifer - heart surgery
Andrew Krakouer - foot reconstruction because he lacks a little toe
Jay Schulz - finger extraction
Shane Morrison - intestinal fortification
Brett Deledio - wrist surgery to stop them flapping about after he scores a goal
Billy Nicholls - stomach stapling (again)

Interesting that some of our off-season surgery requirements are very similar to those in the The Wizard of Oz :hihi

Pretty hard on Morro. He was playing for the burgers and did his shoulder in a pretty courageous marking attempt. I couldn't tell the difference in his ability after it, but it was courageous.

Why do people continue to bag Kayne Pettifer??? The kid kicked around 35 goals this year and more than did his job as a small forward. Like a few others, Kayne was also affected by the loss of Browny purely for his sheer presence. I'm rapt with the improvement shown by petts this year. Will only get better under wallace.

It's all tongue in cheek. :P

I've been pleased with Kayne's improvement too but I guess I've been corrupted by the constant bagging he gets here. As for Morro, he never really looked like he was particularly interested but I guess people come across in different ways.

Patrick Bowden - skin thickening.
He'll need it judging by all the experts I've read here.

He probably won't need more of it, from all reports the Bulldogs' fans have been serving it up to him anyway for quite a while, so he should already be used to a bit of "Bowden bashing".

Brad Ottens - financial surgery
