Posting images

Some people have been abusing the privilege of having images on the forum by posting emoticons of obscene gestures. They're not acceptable for a family forum and it only makes extra work for the ModSquad having to delete them.

This is a request for everyone to keep images appropriate for the site or the image function will be disabled again.

Also out of courtesy for those with bandwidth limits or slow computers please don't include images in quotes.

One was ok, the next took it a step further. There's not much doubt if they're ignored they'll get worse, then it will possibly turn into real pictures as has happened before.

A couple of words in Greek were ignored and that was taken advantage of and turned into a thread full of foul language even if it was intended to be humourous.

I don't appreciate the inference that I'm stopping people having fun. The site is for everyone to enjoy and not everyone here is in favour of obscentiy or rude gestures.

I think life's too short to complain over such trivial decisions actually. ;D
