Ok i know this will call some outrage but now is the time we should offer what valuable currency we have and trade for picks only.
I propose we trade the following:
1. Richo - yes he is the heart and sole but give him a chance at a flag with a side that is close, maybe the dogs or pies would offer us something in picks
2. Brown - can we get a second rounder for him offer him up for anything
3. Bowden would anyone offer us anything for him
Cousins i would keep, he is giving our kids more than we realise
Richo is the one, he is too good not to play yest we are developing our kids without him, he is still a valuable commodity at his age (maybe) so lets see what we can get. let him go for 1 or 2 years and bring him back to the club after he retires.
