Ok, reading all the thoughts of all of us folk regarding who we should pic and so on has led me to this thread...
Its intrigued me to no end reading everyones thoughts on who we should delist, trade for or trade out....This is serious times list managers!
With the upcoming Trade and ND draft...You're now the list manager of the RFC, you can delist or trade up to 10 players....
Now is not the time to think with your heart, tough decesions need to be made...
With the players u put up for trade, u might put up 4 or 5 players but like all trades maybe 1 or 2 will only go through...
What do u honestly expect to get for this player...Their true worth!
So here goes with my choices...Ive gone a bit more indepth here but to make it easier who would u delist or trade out for extra pics...
Delist:
Tivvas, Hyde and either of graham or cartledge (3 delistings)
Trade:
schulz - 2nd round
Patto - 2nd round, hoping late 1st round but i think thats wishful thinking...
Raines, Polo or king - One has to be traded and all would command at least a 2nd round pic...I like polo has upside...
Petts - before his knee i think a 2nd rounder, now a 3rd or 4th round...Id take it....
(we get a Min 2 trades above for pics) improve our ND draft pics to a "min" of 4 under pic 35 and our 5th pic being the 3rd round, pic 42....
Pass on our 6th pic, 1 pic PSD.
On the fringe:
JON, Casserley and Meyer...do we hold on to them and give them one more year? Id say yes depending on what players are traded with the above mentioned....but its ur call as the list manager...
Rookie listed: Hopefully we can put Polak on this list like the bombers did for Ramma...
So in closing, i have 3 delistings, min 2 or 3 trades and 1 rookie listed in polak, thats 7 players....Gives us 6 ND pics and 1 PSD pic...
Collard comes in off the rookie list, so now 5 ND pics and 1 PSD...
We must take at least 4 new rookies + polak = 5
Howat and sylvester gone! cartledge? collard promoted to the senior list...
5 ND pics: 8, 26, ( extra 2 pics between 19 and 35) and pic 42,
PSD - 1 pic
