I'll be updating the forum software and a few add-ons to the latest versions in the next few days, to see if that resolves the speed issues.

If the issue continues, then I'll be contacting the site host.

I did a rebuild of the caching this morning, but I think it may be a server bottleneck. More investigating needed.
