Now that membership renewals are being sent out it's time to start collecting for our annual fundraising.
If we raise enough money it will be directed to a specific cause, i.e. towards another rookie if the club needs help there, or else towards donating something Terry thinks would help the players towards on field success.
The more players we sponsor the greater we can help the club for the specific purpose nominated. It costs approx $330 to sponsor each player.
Please note if we do donate towards rookies that will not entitle people to join the Rookie Club and Tipping Competition if RFC continue that next year. That money will have to be paid through the club. (Last year most of us donated over the $66 rookie club membership the club required)
Those who contribute will be eligible to go in the draw to attend the Coach and Player Sponsor Dinner, a locker viewing night and talk and signed player photos and badges. There is no set amount so anyone can donate what they are comfortable with. The more donated = the more chances in the draws though.
