I have my first update on the 07 season though it be very short.
The 2nd an 3rd year boys have hardly missed a beat since seasons end and have been pumping the weights very hard im told.
Was told Lids went straight from Mad Monday for a session at the Club(RFC)
It sounds we have drafted in recent years a very determined an focused bunch of young men who are basically still on holidays but are doing the extra work of there own backs
Due to a career change I intend on getting to training sessions fairly often in the Pre season so I'd appeciate any ideas or thoughts on what you guys would like reported on,ofcourse I will have my rose tinteds on 8)
