yes willo , I understand this. I cannot fathom what the attraction is to that club. They have no mascot so to speak and they have a boring as hell song and the colours as soooo just plain. Must be the cheating and filth that attracts them. I am lucky that my flatmate likes the Tigers so he doesnt say a lot to me about scum but when he does .... wow. Of all the teams in the league, Carlton were and are still, my most hated team. Not because of jealousy as some morons think, but because they are arrogant without cause. I also hate their "Im better than you" mentality when the facts are that they are no better if you take out the cheating. I still question some of their flags and if they were cheating at that time. Anyway, dont care about them and will hate them till the day I die.
Oh, and to pay back my silly flatmate, I just purchased him a Tiger membership - will be wrapping that up for him for Chrissy! He may think it funny but the Tigers benefit from that money and it is one more for the stats! That ought to teach him - even if he is too stoopid to get it!

I took an interest in Chopper Reid when I read his books during uni as background for one of my subjects - although he was a stand over man and thug, he had smarts. He use to say that you never hit a woman and the people he got rid of were useless people in society - people like hardened criminals and murderers and lowlifes. Interesting story in the Age this morning - it kind of sums up what a lot of people were trying to say about *smile* and friends and their case against Benny Cousins. It will be interesting to see what happens in the future with other players .......
