Another season is upon us and it is time to figure out where every team will finish on the ladder this season. A very simple exercise, just number the teams from 1 - 18 in order and see who finishes on top at the end of the home and away season. If say you pick the Tigers to finish 8th and they finish 2nd then you receive 6 points. If you pick Gold Coast to finish 3rd and they finish 16th you receive 13 points and so on. If you pick the Tigers to finish 2nd and they finish 2nd then you get minus 1 point. The person with the lowest score at the end of the season wins. If there happens to be a tie at the end of the home and away season all points for the entire season will be added up to find the winner.

When you post your ladder can you please number every team from 1 to 18 as it is nice and easy for me to add up the scores after a round of footy.

It feels like it is harder than ever to predict where every team will finish, it is a bit of a stab in the dark, so good luck!

Entries Close before the first bounce of the Melbourne/Bulldogs game Wednesday 16th March. If you have posted your ladder and want to change it you can, as long is it is done before the start of the Melbourne/Bullogs game.

Here is my ladder for the season

2 Richmond
3 Brisbane
4 Sydney
5 Port Adelaide

So hard . . . I think I'll see what happens in the praccy matches before I submit something which will look totally embarrassing by the end of the year, not that seeing the praccy matches will make any difference.

Thanks for the comp, appreciate the effort which goes into this.

There's as much prestige in coming dead last as there is in winning. That's the beauty of this comp.
