I’m sure the club would have expected a much better reply than he gave. Poor form by Prestia, there are several ways he could have better answered the questions.

Agreed zips. I don’t think the club should have offered him the extra year. His body is done.
We just took 8 kids in the draft and lost 4 players in the prime 24-29 age bracket. We had no choice but to keep Prestia regardless of his durability because we have lost so much experience in recent years. Even a busted up Prestia is better than at least 4-5 other players currently getting regular games.
He isn’t on the injury list Zips and we had serpell come out the other day and say we are being very conservative with Dion post Christmas.
I thought this fight thing was over for him. I am sure I saw an announcement that he was not involved with any violence. I am taking that on face value and if true this latest article would be very galling to him and tbh if I was him I would have been annoyed as well. Shouldn’t have snapped at journo but to me it is understandable.
I reckon there is a lot of jumping at shadows going on here.
