Will be watching with great interest, I hope both Clarke & Hartley will also be paying attention.

I would have been very happy to take a player like Brodie - a tall, fiercely competitive mid - fully fit and bursting with energy, virtually no wear-and-tear, with another 5 years of future service to the club than Presto (who may never be fully right).

Poor decision, and robbing the club of its future chances of success. How often have we had Pick 6/7?

The problems won't improve with fitness. He covers the kms, but not with enough intensity. He's not unfit like a young Dusty who had bursts and then tired out.

We need his knee to heal for him to become a gun player again. Sadly, he's tried to let it heal over the past 3 years and it hasn't.

Smart enough to be a good depth midfielder, but unlikely to ever justify Pick 6... A bit like most of our first round picks lately.

And if we had to pay overs in draft pick and salary cap it should have been for a tall forward.

He had a very interrupted preseason and an interrupted season so far. We may not see the best of him this year. I suspect he is almost trying too hard. I will watch him very closely tomorrow night. I would assign him to run with Heppell but I'm no coach.

...and the excuses roll on & on & on for $700,000 pa hes not providing value for money
As for our midget on Heppell ??? Id expect our midget to be second to the ball just laboring behind him

Writing him off way to early. We'll know in a couple of years time whether the trade was a bust or not.

TL you are just kicking the can down the road.

If he doesn't deliver this season then we will have to lower our expectations for the next 4 years.

My main issue is that the personnel who made the bad decision in the Prestia and Yarran deals are still in place to continue their disastrous mayhem.

Agree with this. We are talking about a 5year top money earner in the club and for the dollars he is on he should be expected to perform to that level. Sadly I expect that he may never perform up to his $ cost. The ongoing injury pattern does not auger well. Just another Hartley/ Richardson disaster why they are still on the payroll confounds me.

I think us tiger supporters just need to be a little more patient.

Leave them alone. While are clubs recruit guns, we still always seem to fukk things up.
Our Drafting has been horrendous
Players from other even worse. Hampson. Grigg, Yarran, Townsend. Knights. Ramanakas

Who how many targets he will hit by foot tonight I'm going with 2 but one will be a miss kick.

A few games ago he hit four targets with his left foot unfortunately they were the opposition players. (he had five kicks on his left the fifth kick went to no-one)

Wonder what the apologists excuses for Prestia will be tonight?
I wonder what type of "supporter" specifically targets players on his own side to criticise before games.
