With Prestia opting for Punt Road Tigers should be showing Dockers some of the $2 mil in the bank. With Mayne ,Prestia & Yarran (if he can get his act together) it would add some much needed fire power to Tigers list.

"Prestia has had his fair share of injury troubles over his career, having played just 22 games over the last two seasons. He’s played every game just once in his six years, and has only managed 18 or more games on one other occasion. Amazingly, he’s missed so much football that he’s yet to bring up his 100-game milestone, and his disposal, while solid, is some way off elite.

The Suns have been talking about bringing in experienced players for the losses of Jaeger O’Meara and Prestia. But it’s likely they’ll accept a high draft pick for Prestia should it be offered, or entertain offers including both picks and players. Expect Richmond to get creative at the trade table to get the deal done.

What he’s worth: Richmond will argue that due to his injury worries over the last couple of years, that pick 6 is slightly too high for the Prestia, but there’s little doubt that he’s worth a first-round selection. He may not be an elite AFL midfielder, but he’s been one of the best players from his draft class, and he hasn’t dropped in value in his six years at the top level."

What we’d pay: Pick 7-11

A snippet from the article.

Hopefully we can get Prestia without giving up pick 6 or heaven forbid next years 1st round pick.

Unfortunately we have seen the best of Lids so Prestia is a good pick up if he can stay injury free. Only 23 so a lot of football ahead of him. Size by Ahyeahnah !!. Since when has size had to do with a footballer making it to the top of his profession eg Eddie Betts.

Eddie Betts, Brett Harvey, Cyril all have X factor are able to turn a game and are proven goal kicking match winners
The difference is our midget is no match winner

Has had a couple of years in the GC system, more likely than not to be a big disappointment

This is a player who has averaged over 25 disposals since his 3rd season and regularly averages 5 tackles a game. Terrier footballer who knows how to get the footy and plays inside and out.

Don't underrate Prestia because he is a very good footballer. Will be a major asset to our midfield.

Yep totally agree. Finally a good player nominates us yet it seems not all are happy.
