Pride in representing the RFC

You can have all the pride in the world but if you cant kick you're up sh!t creek without a paddle.

And again whose fault is it that we have elite players playing in the nation's elite competition and they simply cant do the basics?

Hmmm why was Chocco brought to Richmond? Why hasnt Terry developed these basic skills in his players? Why is it that with so many high draft picks we still have guys who cant run and count to 15, cant handpass, go backwards to players under rpessure, cant spot loose players, cant pick up a man and dont hurt?

The fish rots from the head....now whether that head is Gary March or Terry Wallace I dont care...... a decent coaching and decent specialist coaches instead of the rabble will turn these guys around quick smart!

There are very few players in all loses over the years that can always say that they play for the club and the jumper. The one player that can always say that he is a tiger through and through, and is proud of representing the RFC and that is RICHO!
We need players never to give up and to want to play for the team each week. If players don't work hard or are playing for the jumper should be out of the side and go back to the burgers to do that. We are a proud club, but the players aren't representing the club with poor performances. We need to get a winning culture down at Richmond and maybe for some players if that was there, the atmosphere would be positive and then they maybe be proud to represent the club. Richmond players need to be proud and play with passion.
