i dont know about anyone else but i belive that the priority the draft pick is killing football . instead of winning games at this stage , i belivethe bottom teams are more interested in the p d p . not that i blame them . it is a great incentive to peform poorly and get that extra pick .the afl neds to alter the way that it awards priority picks maybe like the american nfl averaged out over three years . a possible alternative could be 20 games or less over three years. this would prevent teams like melbourne who have a poor season every second season from accessing the priority picks . i hope richmond gets a priority pick this year as other teams have benefited from this rule . but i hope for the sake of the game that this rule is modified to encourage teams to win games .
