With herd stepping down as captain, lloyd will become essendon's natural leader. He's not a great speaker, so how does he communicate to his players and the public?
1. On field talk. Cut a 2 minutes pep talk into four words. " Come ..... on ..... you ...... guys ......."
2. Umpire asks lloyd to select the toss of the coin, heads or tails "Lloyd go to a group discussion, five minutes later, asks the umpire to repeat the question.
3. Sheedy asks lloyd to show some muscle, lloyd places guards on both arms.
Can anyone see him as a natural leader who can inspire his team?
