Punt Road In September

Its not often I start a thread but Being the appointed champion of the ferals that I am it saddens me to think that its only April but already you can visualise the Punt Road oval in September. Apart from the usual sight of tumble weeds rolling through ground the only sounds you here a banging metal as yet again furious coaches clean out the lockers of yet more duds. As the duds are being horse whipped out the gate I hope the survivors watch as the ferals and their convoy of caravans head up punt road for their usual September holidays in the parks. I tend to agree with Diggler and believe Wallace needs to make a stand by Capuanoing some one now and send a message. If not to keep the ferals interested and keep going to games or they will switch their home games to the suburbs.

Hullo Laff,  my name is Ralphspooner and i am new in this forum.  I have established that there are many different groups including the darksiders and the ferals.  Am i right in assuming that there are also Lightsiders?

Anyways, can u advise me who to hang about with.  As i see it the pessimists are more likely to be unhappy, but will be right more often.

My dear old Pa used to say that hell would be hot, but a lot more fun than in heaven.

Can u provide lists and references, please?

Here hear Laffs.
I hope the ferals finally have a protest this september, like the aborigines in Domain Park.
A caravan convoy blocking Brunton avenue, with protesters marching & chanting NO MORE DUDS, would be
an appropriate message to the deluded management at Punt Rd, that the supporters are angry and can't
take much more humiliation!!!!

You clowns have already given up and it's only round three??? No wonder some of our players give up if all they have to do is appease you lot.

I'll give him the next two rounds to start turning the blow torch on the 'usual suspects', and if we haven't won a game since then and he hasn't done any 'Capuanoing', then I'll turn the blowtorch on him.

The first one to go should be Tivendale.......they talk about defining moments in football matches that fumble and resulting goal to Judd was one they would show on a good old fashioned bloopers show.

I agree, put Cogs up as trade bait.
Poor foot skills and rarely hurts the opposition!!!
Another graduate from the Duncan Kellaway University of Ugly Unskilled Footballers!!!!

Gee, TW must be shaking in his boots after reading your threat, GPB!

Quite frankly, TW wouldn't give a rat's clacker about my comments Toigs, and I don't label him as the messiah, he has a lot to prove.

The least he can do to our players is to instill grunt, balls, physical intimidation, and continuous verbal haggling in the ears of the opposition on top of his plans.  I'm yet to see this in the team in 25 games of football he has coached the Tigers.

Another good post Diggler I wouldn't be unhappy to see him traded. Always looks depressed and seems to me to be running up and down on the spot.

encourage the AFL to grant a license to a Tassie team and then offload Richo for some draft picks?

cya later rodan and krak.

the way we're going, TW's hand will be forced with playing the kids due to injuries. Geez, we aint having much luck in that regard.

Tivers must realise he's on borrowed time, and i think the only reason he wasn't delisted at end of last year was his contract. Same goes for gaspar and kellaway. Unfortunatley Thursfield going down for next twelve months will perhaps save one of their arses.

Come on gpb didn't you notice that he's already lit a fire under the kraker.
He's put the word out that the unskilled turnover duds are not gunna be there much longer so expect a few more players to pay a visit to Coburg soon.

Punt Road will be a scene for celebration in September as some other team always rents it for the day when they are playing finals! They can normally book it after round 10 as they know the ground won't be needed for training.

I tell you what i do not know what TW was doing playing Tivers in the middle for most of the second half what a joke!He should at least be trying Ling in the middle not that hack.
