PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum
Just heard in the recent news, the Tigers have decided to create plans of a $1.5 Million job on the facilities at the Punt Road oval.
Now having previously been to Punt Road on various occasions for Family Days, Amateur Football Games and other events I must say that the condition of the facilities was as Rex Hunt would say "Shisenhousen" (For those who are not familliar with the expression it's otherwise known as "*smile*-house"). The toilets had dirt and waste all over the floors and graffitti on the walls, while maintaining the look of it never being cleaned before.
Furthermore, this upgrade will provide our club with state of the art gymasiums and equipment, and many other things which are necessities. The upgrade is set to begin sometime in the next few years.
Was this the right move for tigerland?
