Quick quiz for true Tiger fans.

Who wore #12 for the Tigers before Richo? Tip, I don't believe he played a senior game.

Hiya Leeds_Tiger, welcome to the site. :)
As for the #12, think I'll pass and wait for someone else's answer.
Bet they whoever answers is either a rello or looks it up somewhere though, ha.

I dont know if this was immediately before Richo but my 2 guesses would be first Allan McKellar and the 2nd would be Stevan Jackson but thats a stab in the dark!!

Jack Titus had number 12 before Richo.

I wouldn't have a clue. Would need to look up a 1992 record I've got at home. Go for O'Dywer?

Yeah Andrew Underwood wore No 12 in 1991 - KB recruited him.

And Andrew was shown the door about 10 minutes after KB I reckon. Jeans de-listed him

But I cannot remember who wore it 1992 & 1993

Here's some clues. He played in a few premiership teams but not for Richmond. He never played a senior game. And to make it easy, he is currently an AFL senior coach.

Can't be Schwab - he only played reserves as he coached the 2s.

Hang on - just reread the question - yep, must be Schwab - hehehehehe

We have a winner! Peter Schwab played one game for the reserves when we were short of numbers. I guess this also makes him our last playing coach of any kind.

Whilst on the subject of ex-Hawks playing for Richmond, how about Yabby Jeans' recruiting coup of signing John Kennedy Jnr! What a buy he turned out to be!

That game Schwabby played late in 92 he got suspended for striking and also a suspended sentence for throwing mud at the umpy....another great recruit from that era was Shane Fell!
