I would play Jake King on Mark LeCras and tag Matthew Priddis with Chris Newman and start Adam Pattison in the ruck on Dean Cox.....

That should do it.

I have a horrible suspicion that Rawlings will re-introduce KINGY this week. :

That's the acid test for me, we go with King and we are going nowhere...nowhere!

i'm a little nervous about that also. but if we bring in kingy in...we know we're tanking...

I would like to see Edwards comes in for the expense of McMahon. Edwards has done his time at Coburg. Lets see what he has learnt from it. And if he is no good then it would be no different to McMahon playing. ;D

Mr Rawlings please allow all the players on our list game time in the AFL under you as a different coach to Terry Wallace and under your game plan not Terry Wallace's.

From that we all will be able to define who has the calabre of making it in the big time.

For what it is worth -

I am interested to see if under a new strategy the following players can actually step up to AFL level;

King
Edwards
Pattison
*smile*
Oakley-Nichols
Post
Vickery
White
etc. etc.

I am interested to see if other players can get a new lease on life as an AFL footballer under a new and improved game plan;

Brown
Simmonds
Bowden
Pettifer
Thursfield
Pattison
McMahon

And Mr. Rawlings outside a new game plan there are two areas I would like to see the above players - all Richmond players for that matter - improve on

1. Football handling and delivering skills
2. Being continually hard at their opponents - constantly harrassing, tackling, bumping, stealing the ball

Dare I say it - just like Geelong and St Kilda do! There I said it.

Yep, McMahon out for good, Tambling to teh back flank permanently and Edwards on wing or half forward.
