King did look better. Like with most other players Jade is playing him in the position he should have been from the start, a run with player. I'd almost be happy to keep him as a backup assuming we get rid of the 7-8 others we should.

Yep, I'm out of the closet - I'm a Kingy fan too. Hope he keeps it up. That goal in the first showed a touch of class too dare I say it ;D.

Hypo despite the trend against you on this thread, I'll pay this one. I did roll the dice by making the decleration.
In my defence we did capitulate in Q3, but showed some resolve by fighting back late in that quarter. We again surrended a winning lead in Q4 but hang on.
So the jist of my comment is justified imo.

As a side point I've only gone feral on 3 occasions and it's resulted in a turn around;

1) I called for the trade of Dan Jackson when he, along with Raines, was panicking and burning the ball. Since then Jacko has levelled up a fair bit and is now considered in some circles as our most valuable player in 09.

2) I called for a trade on Titch Edwards after the Carrara game (he was deplorable), but he has since steadied up and took the match saving mark on Sunday.

3) I called Essendon as winners by 3QT on Sunday and we fought back to win the game.

I'm much more successful as darksider. My next decleration is to trade Conners :hihi
