Rd 2 changes

It will be interesting to see how bad the damage will be without a second ruck and the new 6 -6-6 rules. I hope we don't risk Lynch in the ruck this early on.
 
interesting stuff.. figured Ellis might come in, Georges pressure could be handy if he's ready?, not sold on Markov so i hope he has a decent game..
Balta i thought would've kept his spot..?
 
George better be fit enough to contribute and not wrapped with both Ellis and Markov in the side....... wouldve preferred Noah play this week at least, but it is obvious that the RFC match Committee is going to try and harass and run the Maggots off the MCG.

One things for sure if Houli is out for only one week (which i doubt) then Weller, Markov and Bobble are competing for 2 spots when Bash returns.

Ross isnt far away from a debut either.
 
If we are level coming into the last I reckon we can put them away. As long as we don't get blown away early again we should run over the top of them.

No sidebittom charging in off thr line this year.
And fo you think we will allow Cox to run into space?

Cox has never shown much in the ruck.

Grundy is s hipster, not a bogan.

Thomas, and Stepehenson will be problematic especially that Thomas campaigner who kicked a heap against us last year especially when on Short.

I'm tempted to put Markov on him and sit him on him as a lock down as hes burnt Short previously.

Bobble to run with Sidebottom as a tag.

Lambert to keep an eye on Treloar

Grover to bash up Phillips or Mayne
 
Keep in mind Balta only played 50%.

We were carrying that position.

Needed more run and it showed.

Jack and Lynch as forwards is enough. Probably could've kept Balta instead of George but Balta can't run all day like George.
 
Whats the weather report for tomorrow night - perhaps we are looking to run them raggard and kell em in the last??

Whoever gets Short will have a night out.

Balta for George makes sense. George provides a similar contest in the air, and at ground level he’s the master of his domain. Balta is still Kramer across 4 quarters.

I guess Broad/Grimes/Astbury, minus Rance, equals less run. Minus Houli and we need 2 x HBFers.

Yep - glad we are setting the tone - clearly believe we are the better team and wil force Collingwood to react to us.

Pity about Balta though
 
Every chance that Astbury rucks when Cox goes into ruck.
