Guys after today he may have emerged as a 3rd tall forward, we badly need this, ala Corey Jones/Ryan O'Keefe types at other clubs, we need a 6"2/3 mobile strong overhead....memo to Terry...leave him in the side to start developing PLEASE PLEASE

Pace, and quickness to dispose is a problem, but rarely do you see him make a bad decision. Has great hands...good kick.

Must be given more opportunities and allowed to contest in the forward line ahead of Richo when its warranted.

Just heard a caller say the same thing on SEN

Club has to make an investment, I don't want to see Tivendale ever back in the side ahead of this kid. And a few games at Halfback every few weeks won't hurt him either, look what happens when you forget defensive skills...eg Pettifer!

I was thinking a similar thing during the game, was also thinking that if Riewoldt does come on it shouldn't stop us drafting more talls in the future.

Jack has a cockiness that is needed. He oozes exuberance and enhtusiasm. He ran hard and presented at the contests. His work rate was excellent and he MUST be left to play. He is a cult figure and if he can be half as good as his big cousing we have a player!

Jack needs to be allowed to develop with his other young mates on the forward line. Leave Richo out where he can run and run and run.

Jack will frustrate and he will excite but Terry leave the kid alone!

he was always going to emerge...time and experience was all that was needed with Jack...the same with the likes of Tambling, Thursfield, Moore, McGuane, Deledio, Edwards, white...we are the future !

Me too

was that you dew

would be nice to have him there as a third tall. doesn't really seem big enough for FF or CHF but is a very smart player and could be damaging!

Yep. Spot on. Actually thought his pace to get on a lead was pretty good. When he gets a yard on someone he blocks the incoming ball with his body really well.

One thing about him I like is the fact that he is super quick to make a second or third effort when the ball is in his area.

Nah mate, I read somewhere that someone mentioned a similar thing...

I wouldn't be against him on a wing either potentially.... but for now he's not good defensively.
