Playing physical football is a weapon successfull teams use.

Was having a chat on the weekend with a friend about the Richmond club culture, and how the players are very quiet and introverted.

Can someone please remind who the last Richmond players were who have been reported (and not for the bird?)

There haven't been many recently.

Just off the top of my head in recent seasons: Cam Howat? Joel Bowden? Staff?

Thanks Panthera,
I reckon you are right with (Golden) Stafford.
The last aggressive Richmond player (and we got him after his prime).
RIP.

One of our players reportedly fixed up a Freo player (Schammer?) off the ball just before half time. Nice job if that was the case as Channel 10 couldn't find any footage after doing their best to highlight it. Un-Richmond like.

Somebody needs to put their hand up and provide some discouragement for Liam Picken on Friday night. Not convinced he'll be able to take as good as he gives.

Polo and McGuane like to give it out a bit. The last bit of agro was Lids when he copped a wack. Not sure who it was against. i just remember Lids going off on the boundary. Couldve been the bulldogs.

Interesting that here in the West I heard a report that when the Docker went down, Solomon immiedately went over to find out who had done the deed, andthen proceeded to rally his teammates. Freo got quite upset about it and came out after half time looking for a square up, and promptly gave away the next 8 goals. When they finally got their minds back on the job, they got back into it but couldn't snatch it back.

So a game winning move by whoever it was.

Polo was seen in the area after the incident but the footage was extremely poor so I doubt he'll get done.

Watched it live and Solomon was definitely asking Schammer who had got him. Poor Solly - about the only thing he's got left as a footballer is the tattered reputation of a psuedo once was hardman. Waste of space.

I was rapt to see the tiges treading a finer line than usual in the aggression stakes on Sat night. More of it I reckon.
