Rex was on today (3aw) talking about the presidency. basically he wont take it - well not right now anyway, but he didnt reject the idea that he may take up the role in future. He clearly stated that he would need good people around to help him out if he did it. Im guessing that Rex will wait maybe 12 months to 2 years, wait until Miller fixes up the list a little bit then ride in when things will start to get rolling.
Right now isnt the best time to boot Casey out anyway, the guy along with Iain Campbell have stitched up some of the biggest sponsorship deals in AFL history,so lets just leave them do that for now.
