Tomorrow, Greg, I only want to see one draft pick traded. And thats pick 35 for Mitch Morton. Anything else and i'll spew. This is what we should do.

Morton for pick 35.
Schulz to Port for pick 22, which they will get from Adelaide.
Meyer to Hawthorn for pick 45.

We end up with with picks 2, 18, 19, 22, 45, 51, 67.

We use them on Cotchin, 1 ruckmen, 1 inside mid, and 4 KPP.

Quite happy to take McMahon in PSD, as long as we dont give anything for him. Anyway, take best avalailbe in PSD.

Rookie Beau Wilkes and Al Neville, and elevate King.

De-list about 6 players. Take a pick.

At least this puts us in an OK position next year.

Best side 08 Round 1.

FB: Bowden Thursfield McGuane
HB: Raines Polak McMahon
C: Newman Foley Tambling
HF: Pettifer Richardson Morton
FF: Brown Deledio Edwards
R: Simmonds Coughlan Jackson
INT: Cotchin, Pattison, Polo, King

I dont know where to fit Johnson, Tivendale and Tuck unfortunately.

Otherwise I dont think thats a bad team at all.

Sounds alright but we'll get a better pic than 45 from the hawks more likely a 2nd rounder, if not might as well keep him

I can see the HB line now, Raines will be spinning in cirlces, Polak will be playing loose in defence because Terry is still breaking him in and saving him for 2010 and McMahon will be admiring his manicure, the same manicurist Tambling goes to.

That line stood out to me also. I think King needs to start in the BP with JBo on the HBF instead of McMahon.

why hes contributing absolutely nothing. the thought process should be might as well get the mid range pick than delist him.

not a bad post. would hold on to meyer though if he is only going to bring a pick 45, he's worth more to us than that would be in a shallow draft.

team is ok but too short and light. richo the only player over 190 in the fwd line. and only one genuine ruck in simmonds

We have a habbit of trading away players for less than what we paid,Meyer? 12 to ?(lucky to get anything) Ottens 2 to 12/16 & Schulz 12ish to either 2nd or 3rd round.Great isn't it >:(

yes and no claw but id rather keep him and see if he comes on "not overly hopeful" but id rather that than except a pic 45 thats a spec pic....anything in the 20's yes lets take it.

WOuld you buy a used car form Greg Miller?

WHy would you take a dud from our club.....the only thing lower than our wins this year will be our results at the trade table......this club is so sdaly lacking in direction that I assume that even at PSD time we will pass to pick up rookies.

The great conundrum......will we pass on PSD pick one?
