With so many threads on PRE I don't whether this has ever been brought up before or if any one even knows the reason behind why RFC (along with the 11 other VFL clubs) have changed their logos over the years.
This afternoon I was wandering around the Chapel St Bazaar. I came across an A4 size sheet of paper with stickers of all 12 VFL clubs- when the Swans were South Melbourne & the Lions Fitzroy- all the logos were in my opinion better with the exception of North & Hawthorn.
My question is what do RFC supporters think is our best club logo. The logo from the eighties with the emblem being the black with yellow sash & a tiger poucing forward in full attack.
The ninties version, a la Save Our Skins with a very one dimensional Tiger head.
Or do you prefer the current logo.
I think the eighties is better, am just interested in what others think?
Yes, I can't wait for the season too start.... but in the meantime what do PREnders think??
