Went 7/10 as well. The questionnaire was a bit limited from my situation. Living in WA meant there were a lot of "Don't know" answers. Would love to have been able to rate the answers against a lot of them :doh

i gave an 8 in cotext of where we were,
i mean to go from cellar dwellaers to finals contenders up untill round 21 is an amazing achievment
very proud of the boys in this context but if we dont make finals next year i will be bitterly dissapointed!

7 for me.To go from wooden spooners to ninth imo is an exceptional effort!!
We really shouldn't have finished last in the first place. As weird as it sounds, we weren't the worst team in the comp last year. We struggled because we didn't have Nathan Brown or Troy Simmonds pretty much for the whole season, which meant we went without a decent ruckman and Richo was left to do all of the work in the forward line. Brett Deledio was being played in the forward line, across the half back line and on the wing, pretty much anywhere but in the midfield. Another killer coaching move by Plough.

I gave a 5. I thought that was fair as we came 9th, we played well against some good sides, but we still received hidings from Sydney and Adelaide. If we can cut the uncompetitive hidings out of our game the score would be higher.

1-2 - Appalling
3-4 - Poor
5-6 - Satisfactory/Above Satisfactory
7-8 - Excellent
9-10 - Outstanding/Exceptional

That's my weighting, and I gave a 6.

Above Satisfactory given where we came from, but short of excellent for failing to make the finals.

If we come 9th again next year I would downgrade it to a 4.

I gave a 6 too.

Ladder position alone - we did well compared to last year but in a longer context we've just bounced around in th ebottom half of the pack.

Players and their development stage - things are looking better than they have for a long time, but there are still gaping holes.

Gameday - skill levels are looking up and we're doing much better agaisnt the better teams. Soem games with very disappointiing efforts tho.

I put 7 because we won more games, some that were more impressive as over better sides. But we lost games we should have won and if one them we would have made the 8 and played finals. So had to take a few points of for that. But we are in for better grading next year. It's Tiger Time in 2009!
