The problem is that as Jade is the caretaker coach and has applied for the coaching job therefore he cannot tank.
He has to get wins on the board to enhance his chance of getting the coaching job.
When Rattsass was appointed coach at Carlscum he was told the coaching job was his and that its ok to tank. So there was no way hed lose it.
If Jade was told youre not in the running for the coaching job and just tank for draft picks he would have no option but to tank.
As it is now he is picking a team that can win games and we will be winning a few more games before the season is over.
So forget about tanking for picks as that has gone out the window and just sit back and enjoy the players giving it a go every week.
