Pick 1, Number 8 - Jarrad Oakley-Nicholls

Intersting selection - aboriginal, good hight, fast, skill, soft, outside, recivier, versatile, leader, commitment. Im quite content with the drafting of O-N. I feel the we seem to win alot of the pill (Tuck, Cogs, Foley, Johnson) but seem to lose it by giving it to Chaffeys and Tivendales. The modern game is build around midfeilds speed & skill. It is the lad is a 'Wallace type'. Im confident he will be a good reciver for us off a wing or half back line. The side is starting to take shape in what Wallace invisioned months ago - skillfull & fast. We are building both a strong, though inside midfeild core but also are now developing the runners to compliment them.

Pick 2, Number 24 - Cleve Hughes

Top get this late. Club had penciled in Casserley in the quite resonable assumption Hughes would be gone by top 10/15. Good KPP - prospect AA CHF 2005. Good mark, works hard, solid kick for goal, quick lead. Would have been happy to pick him up at 8.

Pick 3, Number 40 - Travis Casserley

The club was very keen for Casserley @ 24, can't complain getting him 3rd Round. Quick, good mark, works hard.

Rather good really.

Congrats to all 3 boys picked up here's wishing them all long elustrious careers for the tiges
