I intend to work on a RFC history section for PRE over the pre-season. This site has millions of hits a month and I thought that traffic could be used to provide info of interest to Richmond fans.

I'd appreciate any advice and/or information. If anyone has anything they think would be suitable for inclusion, whether old records, photos, anecdotes, memories, memorabilia etc etc etc please let me know. It would be nice to preserve our history, through the supporters eyes, for future generations.

Rosy, I have in my possession some original documents detailing "Operation Alloy" during the early 1990's. These pertain to a proposed merger between Melbourne, North Melbourne and, yes, Richmond. The new entity was to be known as the "Melbourne North Tigers". Very interesting. Some of the names involved will blow your mind. Let me sit on whether or not I want to release them just yet.

Slightly ashamed to admit this, but I find Blueseum (www.blueseum.org) to be a fascinating site. It's essentially a Carlton FC historical archive. Perhaps some of the ideas can be poached/adapted for a Richmond-based site?

you're right, you should be ashamed >:(
