The only way that Richmond can win ANY games this year is for every single player to lift significantly from what they produced on Thursday night. There were only a maximum of 3 players on Thursday night who delivered what could even be termed an adequate display of football. Wallace has got what he always wanted and what he has tried to develop over the 4 years he has been at the club. He's got a team of quick, lightly framed players. They won't win a game playing Wallace's game style, they simply don't have the skills and over 4 years of trying Wallace does not seem to have been able to introduce it into them. So the one asset Terry Wallace has is pace, he has to work out how to win games with pace and nothing else for the next 21 rounds. If he can do that he's a bloody genius, because no one else ever has.
