You weren't the only one. I still well up watching replays.The moments when I lost it during the 2017 Grand Final win and started blubbering like a baby.
I was at the kingston near west richmond station having a pre game beer before that west coast at the G game late last season.
Sitting at the table next to me and my wife was nathan foley, dan jackson and calvin moore and his kid. Jake king rocks up and youve never seen 3 happier blokes. They loved him, hugs all round and calvin's kid ran up to him and lifted him up in to the air. Seemed like an absolute champion of a bloke.
I have to admit at this point my wife sounded like charlie brown's teacher while I was eves dropping on the boys conversation. It was awesome to hear them telling old war stories about there playing days. Talking about particular games and laughing just like regular local comp players would.

Just checked and it seems he's only played a couple of games - probably a bit early for highlights at this stage
