I'm absolutely amazed by the comments re hope, positive, 2010 etc
Seriously - were we watching the same game of AFL?
The last few weeks we have seen some crackers.
Geelong vs Saints, and WB vs Collingwood (even tonights Adelaide team) have served to point out how far behind Carlton is - LET ALONE RICHMOND!
Any of those 5 teams would have given us a fifteen goal thumping.
This is what I don't understand about all this TANKING talk.
If we lose every game
It merely reinforces just how bad our playing list is.
And we get one or two decent picks
Even if they do come good in two or three years time
What/how/when will we compensate for:
Shultz, Pettifer, McMahon, Bowden, Johnson, Simmonds, Edwards, King, JON, Raines, White? Patterson?
Let alone our barely average backline,
Our undersized forward line - made even worse with an injured/ageing/departing Richo!!!!!
