interesting article in the sun today about the afl investigation into victorian clubs feeder teams (vfl) and lack of development of afl listed players coming through the system.
my question is would the victorian clubs be better served going back to the old system of having reserves sides in a seperate comp?
i for one liked going along to punt road and watching the up and coming players playing in the reserves and then walk across to the "g" to watch the seniors.
