Marty kicked 5 but what was more exciting is that Billy Nicholls had 10 possessions :hihi

Also, Holland kicked 6 and it's another game against Browny until he finally realised that we were his team the year after.

Onya' Browny !!!!!!

Well of to battle the remote of the 3 year old ,Dora the explorer is on so could be intresting he has a nasty left just like his mum :hihi

Gee look at the highlight package of Cogs snapping goals from around 50. Would love to see him do some more of that next year. (13 in 2003 vs 8 in 2005).

Could Marty have had a significant impact on the tigers had he had everything sorted ie off field and family stuff, cos it would be a great shame for the RFC to lose out on a stirling talent who may well have responded to TW along with having Blinga, Krak and now JON to feel an afinity with. I just remember everyone salivating over this fella but didnt see the match i dont think.
Was Marty a one hit wonder or could he have been a player thats what i am asking basically cos i saw nothing of him.

Sad thing is we will never know, real shame that coz he had guts.

Enjoyed watching the replay, we beat them by 60 pts, and kicked 24 goals I think.

Also, Tiv player great footy. Found plenty of space, hit his targets on the chest and to my suprise he kicked a goal from a set shot 45 out, normaly he only kicks them on the run, which he did very well at that also.

At this particular time, I was arranging to come back to Melb. to live from NSW, after the loss of my wife from cancer, and so footy was far from my mind. Can someone please tell me what happened to Martin McGrath. 19, and on debut kicks five goals, and looks every part a star of the future. Must also say, I saw some lovely footy fron Tivva, including a great goal on the run. So, what happened to Martin??
