Richmond are a bottom 4 outfit.

I dont care if we take the spoon - personally i dont believe we will finish in bottom 2 anyway but another spoon will be a good result for team building and drafting.

A bottom 4 finish should see the clean out continue with 8-9 players getting the ass, and the tigers taking full advantage of the draft once and for all instead of having 3 picks (which still makes me sick).

So called hard decisions ( which are pretty bloody obvious and easy for mine) will be or should be glaringly easy for TW to make at years end and if the axe doesnt swing through the list properly then TW will be be ignorant to the fact that keeping this list together will finish his coaching career.
These players (including the so called senior players such as Bowden) are coach killers and until they are gone the club will go nowhere and no amount of magic wand waving or rhetoric from TW will change things.
A bottom finish i will happily cop on the chin (in fact we need it for rebuilding sake) as long as the duds are given the bullet once and for all, and Miller gets fair dinkum and goes to the draft with 8 picks up his sleeve ala the Hawx who are gonna embarrass him over the next 2 years.

Onya Craig, agree with you 100% on this one.

I remember when I first saw the fixture for this year, predicting that even if we played pretty good footy we could easily turn at 2 and 9 mid year. I too had Carlton and Bombers pencilled in as the most likely wins. I still rate us over Carlton, but on Fridays form, even with a good turn around, I don't see us winning more than 3 before the break.

It could be a long tough season!

Claw, u seem like the guy who aims so low that even if u failed no1 would notice! U should have had us as wooden spooners, that way if richmond didn't get the spoon u'd b happy with boys!

For God's sake - some people are so reactionary it's ridiculous (actually most of the football world is). After one game we've gone from an up-and-coming side who supposedly had a fair chance of making finals to likely wooden spooner. Some people are talking about the wooden spoon like it's a foregone conclusion! On Friday night we put in a shocker and got absolutely spanked - I don't think even the brightest of brightsiders would disagree with that. But all of a sudden people are talking about clubs like Hawthorn and Carlton as though they're three or four years ahead of us in the rebuilding process. Settle down people!

Hawthorn's list is and will be miles above ours, no doubt about it.  They didn't waste their picks and had the luxury of having priority picks a second time.

GO TIGES!!!

Do you think we wasted our picks Mikee? I presume then you are referring to the young Tambling.

Cheers
