Most likely Richo doing his hammy was a coincidence but does anyone blame the 5 day break (which is not allowed under the players' bargaining agreement) for increasing his chances of doing one?

I don't. I hope the club lodge a complaint with the AFL, and I hope the other teams who had 5 day breaks have too, but I'd hate to use it as an excuse for something we'll never know.
Richo's hamstrings are a 'twinge' waiting to happen at the best of times.
Hopefully Richo has his trademark miracle recovery and gets back on the track soon.
