Richo would have been a mega champion in a champion team. Instead, he had to settle for being an absolute champion in a struggling team. And to boot, he's a bloody good and decent man.

Flog..yeah we have been flogging dead horses at Tigerland for so long we are now the laughing stock of the AFl world. Drovers dog out the back of Kalgoorlie was given a Tiger beanie. Pissed on it & said " wear it ya gotta be joking ". Missus & I watching the Catters/Bluebaggers game tonight on Fox. Quarter time on comes Richo & Carey gobbling on. Missus says "there the girl ". Knew who she was talking about. Said to her " out of those two who would ya like to put their shoes under ya bed ". Reply " besides you my love only Boofhead from The Bool. Yes Brownie. Well after 30 years in the doldrums one is of the opinion, the pro Richo lot on this site think the only thing to be positive about is RICHO & His Hall of Fame. Tigers of Olde we say. Gunna be along time before we can roar with Tiger pride.

Don't want to bag Jack, but in the two years he's won the Coleman medal he's kicked less than Richo kicked in 1996, the year he came back from a major knee injury and kicked 91 goals. Richo was a deadset champion, if you can't see it that's your loss.Tigaman said:
I was at the first game of the '96 season. I think it was against the Bombers and he kicked 6. It was like he'd never been away. People also forget he missed most of 2000 with that weird foot injury. Probably would have made finals in Frawley's first year without that, although Matt Rogers made a decent replacement goal kicker. Even in the first loss against Geelong in '95 he still kicked 6 in a side that was absolutely belted.
