I didn't realise Tim Watson was such a die hard Richmond supporter when he was a kid.

*Will be interesting the next 6 mnths.
*Players dont mind getting fined as long as it goes to a charity and not into the AFL coffers.Ben knew he did the wrong thing.
*Players are comfortable and know there are camera,s on in the warm up room.
*The past 2 weeks is up there some of the other goings on in Richo,s career.Speculation after Speculation didnt help him let alone the young kids.
* His time is coming to and end but he wants success as anybody and if he,s not there then he still will be just as stoked as the next person.
* belive,s we are not that far away despite whats happened thus far.You can throw a blanket over all teams except geel and Stk.
*isnt up to coaching,he,s lose the plot in the coaching box.Interesting viewing on the tv he admits :hihi :hihi :hihi :hihi
*Rnd 1 was a big build up not only from within but outside.

The ‘delusion factor’ is a huge concern of mine.

Beyond anything Richo said this morning, for years the internal staff at the RFC have completely overrated the players that they’ve had at their disposal, and I don’t want any prospective coach being discounted by them because he has a better grip on reality as to the status of the list than they do.

Yet another reason (and that's a long list) why Cambo shouldn't coach us. He's been too close to it all. We need someone who isn't mates with the players needing delisting.

Yeah, but it still wont matter what coach we appoint if he's too aligned to the flawed thinking of certain people behind the scenes. We'll just end up being on the same merry-go-round that we've been on for years if that happens.

Independency is required as part of the process in selecting the new coach.

LOL @ his coaching comments. He'll obviously take up a media gig once he retires ( :'( ). He's the ideal media type - Sense of humour, absoloute superstar and doesn't take himself too seriously.

Although it would be kind of amusing if Richo said , “ yeah, I been speaking to a few of the boys, basically telling them there’re rubbish and we need to tank the rest of the year so we can draft better replacements. At least then the next poor guy who plays CHF won’t have to put up with the delivery I’ve got over the last 13 year.
