Richo only needs 3 more goals this week to enter the top 20 goalkickers of all time. He's currently sitting on 659. Wouldn't it be great for the big fella to snaffle another 41 before years end to notch up 700. With Saverio Rocca probably set to retire at years end and Richo set to go around for maybe 2 more years, he will become 2nd only behind Lloyd in current day players on that list (probably wont be able to overtake the diver).
I hope all those moronic opposition supporters that always give it to him show him the respect he deserves when he finally hangs up the boots. A true champion. What with a knee reco, stress fractures, broken arms, hamstrings, broken cheekbone, ordinary disposal, ordinary teams & whatever else I've missed, he could have been even greater. Richo you star!

One thing about Richo that never gets a mention is his record with the umps (especially considered the way he has sometimes been treated).

Has he ever been reported?

great point... especially if you compare him with lloyd... and people say he spits the dummy

How many goals would he have had he kicked straight? Forget about all the behinds, just the out of bounds on the full? 1500?

can the big lug overtake KB's mark of 778?

Only 120 to go! He should manage that if he gets his three year contract extension and stays injury-free, esp if he spends a year or two playing exclusively at full-forward.

Guess it depends on Cleve Hughes, Limbach, Pattison, McGuane and the new CHF the we will hopefully draft at year's end. If two of these guys can step up as tall forwards and take the pressure off Richo, watch out in 2007-9.

In the HUN today, it reports that Richo will begin talks with the Tigers on a new contract. Miller wants him to see out his days as a Tiger. "We haven't discussed the tenure. If it's a one year (contract) it won't see him out, if it's a two year it may or may not" said Miller.
I can't find the link to the report but will keep trying.

Just thought I'd bring this to the front page again because it went off pretty quickly and I really would be interested to know if anyone can remember Richo getting reported. I can't.
