Richo's CAREER STATS RECORD thus far ( courtesy of www.footywire.com )

What does Richo have to do to be considered the greatest Tiger of all time?

I'm not saying he is just yet but I don't think he has much more to do.

Is he a Premiership away from being the best ever?

Even if he wins a brownlow & a flag within the next two years, he'll still be behind Dyer, Bartlett, Hart & Bourke, Titus & maybe a couple of others.

I think 10 years after he's finished, he'll be regarded amongst this group at least.

Pretty sure this hasn't been mentioned on this thread since the win yesterday.

RICHO now goes past KB and into second spot on the alltime RFC Goalkicking Tally with this weeks collect of 3 Goals:

1. Jack Titus 970 Goals

2. RICHO 781 Goals

3. KB 778 Goals

WELL DONE RICHO !!!!!!!!!!!! (12 exclamations!)
:beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer (12 Beers!)

Must admit it cracked me up last week listening to KB calling from Richo to be dragged on SEN as he approached his record. Good to see KB still has his sense of humour. :clap

Kbs' still an "Immortal" no-one will be able to take that one from him.
Agree Gus, he's still got that sense of humour. (I guess he was only joking....?) ;D

Richo's three goals yesterday makes him the most prolific non-SA goalkicker at AAMI Stadium, despite never kicking more than 4 in a match there.

Dont know how you find these obscure stats LTRTR but that's another one to add to Richo's resume!! :hihi

RIcho wont get the Brownlow, barring report or injury, G Ablett's game on the weekend has just sown that up but it would be great if Richo can get his best tally, the previous being 16 botes in 1999

Actually by Richo breaking Dad's record, it in a sense highlights to most supporters how much of a goal kicker KB was.
Considering he was solely a rover, until half forward for the end of the career

Don't think this will ever be questioned. Think this is not about the greatest but is about the greats........ thanks heaps to both your dad and Richo for many wonderful times.

On AFL Teams the other night, they mentioned that Gablett is predicted to have gathered 20 votes (make that 23 after last round) already this year according to Champion data. Champion data predicted that Bartel would win last year and predicted to within 1 vote of what he actually got, so a pretty good guide. If it is accurate again, there is no way that anyone will chase down Gablett who, if he remains consistent, should poll more than 30 votes for the year.

Brownlow will be a tough ask, but there will be no shame finishing behind Gary this year, thats for sure. I just want to see the big fella continue this rich vein of for for the entire season, regardless of the number of votes he gets.

I reckon its great that he is finally being seen by many non-Richmond supporters as a star, even if it is a bit late IMO. Better late than never.
