No doubt as ususal Richo ran his heart out last night but I counted 4 dropped chest marks Richo would normally snaffle.

Not the first time it's happened early this season either.

What's going on?
I posed the question in the game thread yesterday that he needs his eyes checked.
After watching the replay I'm convinced of it, although surely the club does this anyway as part of a general medical checkup.

It's one thing to complain that he doesn't get good delivery from his team mates. Another thing entirely to drop easy chest marks when they are delivered lace out.
Perhaps age is just catching up with him but as a senior player he really needs to convert the hard work of the midfielders. He should have finished with probably 6 goals yesterday. They were not difficult chances.

I'm also still amazed that he gets so close to the player on the mark when kicking for goal.

Wouldnt have thought age would affect your ability to take chest marks. Let's face it, this is Richo to a tea, has always been inconsistent and frustrating, but then has the ability to kick 4+ goals and takes care of the team's best defender. We have to live with it.

Cheers

How much money is this player on?

Completely unacceptable if you ask me.

'Plan A' has been a burden to our team for a very long time.

Too old and cant ever get any better!!!
Please Wallace dont give him a long term contract!!!

richo and knights are probably the best players we have had in the last 10 years,

i saw kellaway actually hit richo right on the chest i was so stunned and shocked, the he drops it....i think he was stunned himself

You think if he was on less money he wouldn't have dropped the chest marks? Without Richo in Plan A, RFC would probably not even be around, he's been the talking point and the crowd puller over the last few years. I think w have been far too one-dimensional for a very long time when pushing forward. Is that Richo's fault or the administration's fault, thats the real question.

Cheers

Richo hasnt had the ball delivered to his chest all his career! Big richo doesnt know wat 2 do wif the good delivery! , leave him in the square and let him take a screamer like his used 2!

You're absolutely spot on!!! I love richo with all my heart but those simple dropped chest marks were just disgraceful for such an exeprienced leader of the club. Sure he kicked 4 but why not 7 or 8? The basic, dumb skill errors just absolutely kill us. >:(

and still the poor deluded ferals are blind to the folly of keeping richardson. trade him while we can still get something for him

You'd be lucky to get a third rounder for him now. Our forward line needs a major overhaul and sadly it doesnt include richo.

he's always had a habit of dropping marks early in games. but it's irrelevant. the relevant thing is hitting him in the chest lace out. doesn't happen much. richo has looked a little out of touch so far this year but got into the groove a little more last nite
