Last week, Terry Wallace stated in a press conference, "the dynamics of our team needed to change".
Now I read a thread about how we should manage Richo's knee;
Hmmm...Interesting.

Very interesting that Terry is quoted with words along the line that Richo might have poor body language because he's struggling with his knee and discussing if that influenced the team's second half fade out.

Plonk him in the goal square.He'll take Melbournes No.1 defender.
Then give him a rest against Port.

Whether he is rested or not, the knee is a sign of Richo aging. The way he plays the game won't be doing his joints any favours.

He's been flying this year off a wing and running around like a pup but the reality was it was unlikely to last before something went askew with his body.

Father time is tapping Richo on the shoulder and whilst he's been good enough this season to play again next year that will just about see him out.

The powers that be really need to be preparing for life post Richo in the very near future and resting him is probably the best strategy at this point for a whole host of reasons.

Richo has had whole seasons with "a jarred knee." Its only in the last 18 months that he hasn't had a wobbly knee. Its back after a knock, well he's had it before its nothing new, and as always we have no-one capable of replacing him. At least that's never changed.

wallet believes he's coaching for his career over the next 5 weeks. No way will Ricky be rested.

Yeah, he played the second half of 2005 with a bad knee (without missing a game) after being given the option to go in for surgery. Has always seemed to get injured when he's flying.
