Just watched classic quarters on foxtel which played Rich V Sydney at waverly 1996.
(missed the end, anyone see it and who won?)
This is Richo ten years ago and he was marking the ball out on the lead with his hands out infront of his face.
Beautiful clean grabs!
The Richo of recent times only marks on his chest which often is easily spoiled, and to put it simply looks crap!
Nothing looks better than a clean grab hands out front, great for the confidence, and is the percentage play imo.
Surely TW can get into Richo's ear about this !
