This is difficult to hear.

I enjoyed reading your dad's posts; they were some of my favourite to read.

He had strong opinions, stood his ground and always had what I felt was something interesting to say.

And it was obvious by the content of his posts that he had been loving and following footy a long time.

He will be missed by many, including me.

TM as I affectionately referred him to in my replies had his own unique unmatched by anyone on PRE.

He would have truly loved the Cats getting smacked on Saturday as all of us here did.

Remember your dad fondly with those memories you shared.

Thank you for sharing your dad with us and letting us know, otherwise how do any of us know about ‘each other’ when we don’t see any posts from them for some time.

You never want to think of the worse, but sometimes it’s hard not for the mind to go there.

Agree or no, I liked him. He came across as a really genuine and often funny bloke with unique turns of phrase.
