Carlton have a bit more talent than most people realise I think KFCC.
Yeah I think they have a at least as many garunteed stars as Hawthorn

Not a decent leader among the rabble though.

Disagree with that assetion as well, the blowaves have stockpiled far more talent IMO.
How bout Murphy,Gibbs?

2 players who are very, very young and not yet leaders.
Talented yes,but shouldn't be expected to set the example at their age.

Hawthorn have probably 6 players who may be as good or better than the two mentioned.
The thing Id like if I was a Hawks suppoter would be the fact that not just the names that look good its more lesser lights like Murphy,Gilham,Young who look like they may have promising careers

Nice kick that Young. ;)

If he improves at all on 20 possies and 3.2 clearances a game this year he's in the top 10 midfielders easy. Nice for a 20yo.

Lets not build up the Hawks list to much Disco ;D

Thats one I reckon too Disco Andrew Walker

Definitely one to watch this year, though he'll need to dramatically improve his kicking; 69% efficiency is nowhere near good enough if he wants to play consistently in the midfield.

I'd expect both Jed Adcock and Ryan Murphy to have big years this year. Jason Gram might slide a bit, depends on how Lyon uses him I guess.

Dale Thomas is waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy overrated according to Leysy.

Big 2nd year blues coming on for this kid & Will play the majority of the year kicking off the dew at Williamstown.

Michael Rischitelli from the Lions will move into that elite young player catergory this season mark my words.

The blues young gun in Murphy will improve and also join that company.

I expect Richard Tambling to end up averaging about 18 possessions a game and a high efficency.

My favorite young gun in Higgins (a big blunder by us) will be a dead set freak and be on target to be the best young gun in the AFL.

Also watch out for Richard Douglas at the crows, smart little player, will play for them.

Freo have a few players who look like taking on the footy world.

Peake and Sandilands I like in particular.

Add Ryan Murphy to that list, he could end up being as good as Pavlich. :o

Sherman from the Lions is set to be a star as well.

For us I expect Foley, Schulz, Tambling, Pattison, Deledio, Howat, Raines & Polo will all be carving out excellent AFL careers come seasons end.

Meant to add Murphy to that list T0oTs, well spotted.

Pity there's only one KPP and an undersized among your sunny look at the tiges.
I can only make a case for 4 of those I reckon.

Ive always liked Foley, even when he was a rookie,Lids has too much class and talent not to succeed,Rainesy has been a relevation and developed some real consistency and Polo doesn't seem misplaced at the level.

Im sunny for about a 12 hour period after draft day.
Then the reality that every club thinks they've selected 5-6 future brownlow medallists hits home.

Fair enough Big City.
Schulz, Tambling & Pattison have reasonable question marks but one can only hope.
We desperately need some of these kids to become guns of the competition.

The black clouds can only surround the RFC for so long surely.

I like the look of Shannon Hurn from West Coast, his pace, size, hardness and thumping kick, he's the complete package and should take the competition by storm this year. Could've been a Tiger!

Agree on Higgins. just behind Howat IMO. ;D
